Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (listed on product page).
How to start a return
- Go to Contact and include your order ID + email.
- Describe the reason (wrong size, defective, changed mind, etc.).
- We will send instructions and a return address.
Refund processing
- After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider (usually 5-10 business days).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the package and item.
Shipping costs
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
